Rajiv R. Shah, M.D.

Dr. Shah is a Board-certified nephrologist who practices in Minneapolis, Minnesota. While working in the clinic, ER, and hospital, he noted that many people want to be more involved in their care, but do not have the tools to do so easily. He has also witnessed firsthand the need for and desire of patients to become more active participants in their care, specifically with regard to medications.
In addition to his medical career, Dr. Shah is an active community volunteer. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Athletes Committed to Educating Students (ACES) the leading after-school, tutoring/mentoring organization for inner-city children in the Twin Cities. He has received the Virginia McKnight Binger Award in Human Service, and was recognized as one of The Business Journal's Forty Under 40.
