REGISTRATION HELP
Why do I need to register?
Registration is required to receive important drug database updates and information regarding the MyMeds program. These updates will be offered periodically and will only be available online.
What happens with my registration information?
All of your information remains private and is used by MyMeds only for customer management purposes. None of your information is shared with third parties.
What is an access code?
Many companies purchase access to MyMeds for their employees, which allows them to access the program free or at a reduced cost. If your company offers MyMeds as part of its benefit plan, then a special access code is provided.
What if I mistakenly register without entering the access code?
If you forget to enter the access code provided by your employer, you can log into the site and go to "Edit Registration". This is found on the bottom of the page that you come to when you login. There, you can add the Access Code and obtain the program. Without an access code, you will be charged for the program.
What happens after I register?
Once you register, you have the opportunity to either download the MyMeds program directly from the website, or order a CD-ROM to be sent to your home by mail. If you have an access code, you may not be prompted for payment information. If not, you will be asked for your credit card information to complete the transaction.
I tried to login to the site, but I can’t get into it.
Please refer back to your original registration information. It is important to enter your Email ID and password accurately. If you continue to have difficulties, please email support@my-meds.com.
Why is the password emailed to me instead of just logging me in to the site directly?
To ensure your privacy, your login information is sent only to your private email account.
How do I edit my registration information on the website?
After you log into the site, you will come to the Download page. At the bottom of the screen, there is a link to "Edit Registration". There you can change all of your registration information except your login id. When you are done, you will receive an email confirming the changes.
How do I change my password?
After you log into the site, you will come to the Download page. At the bottom of the screen, there is a link to "Change Password". There you can change your password. When you are done, you will receive an email confirming the change.
If you forget your password and hint question, please email support@my-meds.com and we will reset your password and email you the information.
DOWNLOAD HELP
I tried to download the program, but there was a download error. What should I do?
If an error occurs while downloading, please login again and retry the download. If the problem continues to happen, please email
support@my-meds.com. Otherwise, consider ordering a CD-ROM instead.
I have a dial-up connection and it timed out during the download process.
The MyMeds program is best downloaded with a broadband connection because of its size. If you are using a dial-up connection, it is best to order a CD-ROM.
How many times can I download the program?
You can download the program as many times as you would like. However, if your account is noted to be downloading multiple copies, a MyMeds representative will contact you to further assist you.
If you are using an access code provided by your employer, there may be a limit as to how many downloads you will be allowed.

What is the Card Security Code and why is it required?
These are the last three numbers on the back of your credit card. These are required to prevent fraudulent credit card transactions.
